Overview:

NDIS support item 15_049_0128_1_3 enables a coordinated multidisciplinary approach to be delivered to participants 7 or older. All team members will claim against a single support item, thereby increasing flexibility in service delivery to reflect the changing needs of a participant.

It can be delivered to individual participants subject to the rules set out in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. This support item can only be used with the prior approval of the NDIA.
